METTA Coaching Model (MCM) Certification Pathway
The METTA Coaching Model (MCM) Certification Pathway is a progressive professional development journey aligned with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competencies.
Each level supports the development of ethical coaching practice, coaching presence, active listening, powerful questioning, and the facilitation of client awareness and growth.
Rooted in Eastern wisdom and informed by modern coaching science, the pathway cultivates increasingly integrated and embodied coaching capability in service of sustainable client outcomes.

Level 1 – METTA Coaching Model | Fundamental Program

Designation: METTA Coaching Model Practitioner (Foundation)
Level 1 – Fundamental Practitioner Program focuses on understanding the METTA Coaching Model framework and cultivating mindful awareness in coaching practice. This level develops foundational skills and practitioner readiness.
Certification is awarded at Level 2 upon demonstrated competency.
